Why re-register
Do not risk your company name.
Under the Companies and Other Business Entities Act Chapter 24.31, companies registered under the old Act must be re-registered. Companies that do not re-register may be removed from the register — at which point you would no longer be legally permitted to trade, and anyone could take over your company name.
